Another piano moving company delivered an 1859 9' Steinway Concert piano to our old shop to be refinished. Upon the arrival, the crew could not do it by themselves. We quickly recruited a couple of extra people from neighbors around us. This event proved to be scary. The whole time they were unloading this piano we just felt uneasy and felt unsure if they could accomplish the task without dropping the instrument.
Later this same piano had to be moved to our new shop and Grand Finishes hired Action Piano Movers to transport it. To our amazement they picked up with a flawless gracefulness that impressed us all.
